Hello,  I’m Claire and I am an Executive Search Director specialising in HR and Commercial at Forward Role, with a focus on opportunities across the UK

I joined Forward Role in 2022 and I'm an experienced, driven, and commercial recruiter having worked for leading agencies and search consultancies and then managed my own consultancy specialising in the HR resourcing market for over 10 years. In 2019 I launched a new Eco Luxe Ladies Activewear brand which is now recognised as one of the leading sustainable fitness brands, stocked with high street retailers including John Lewis. I am committed, task orientated, results driven and pride myself on delivering a first-class, value-added service in everything I do.

​Outside of work I like to keep active by going to the gym and on hikes, I am an adrenaline junkie and have enjoyed challenges like sky diving as well as cage diving with great white sharks in South Africa.

I enjoy eating out, love to socialise, travelling to sunny places and I have a keen interest in self-development and holistic therapies.
