Hey, I’m Dani and I’m a Business Manager on the Contract team specialising in Technology & Change. I was born and raised in rainy Scotland and left the motherland back in 2019 to move to Manchester (same great banter, same glorious rain!)

I have 7 years recruitment experience, and have been lucky enough to work with some pretty epic Tech & Digital businesses in developing their recruitment strategy. I’m so excited to have joined Forward Role to support the growth of our Change and Technology contract division. I have a real passion for driving positive change and playing my part in making sure every individual always feels valued and love partnering with clients and candidates who share the same outlook.

Outside of work, my general hobbies include socializing (is brunch a hobby?!), going to see Man United and embracing being a crazy cat lady looking after my 2 cats. I’m relentlessly optimistic and you’ll generally always find me with a smile on my face!

Probably a kangaroo – I’m very caring but also very protective!

I don’t really have a favourite album…I love anything from Britney and Beyonce to Ray Charles and Aretha Franklin. Anything with a bit of sass or soul is up my street!
