Meet the Team

​Hi, I’m Nadya, Associate Director and Go-to-Market Lead at Forward Role. I’ve joined the business to build out a new division for GTM hiring within Tech & Software.

I’m originally from the gorgeous city of Vienna in Austria and moved to Manchester back in 2010. I came over here to study and then never left😃

I fell into the crazy world of recruitment straight after my university degree and loved it ever since. I have spent the past 8 years building out high-performing sales teams for international SaaS businesses, predominantly Seed to Series B start-ups and I have been fortunate enough to work with companies across many different regions including North America, Israel, UK, Central Europe, South Europe, Singapore and Australia.

Outside of work I love travelling, especially if it involves sunny weather and beautiful beaches. Music and exercise are a big part of my life. I train a lot in the evenings and on the weekends I can be found at festivals and rave nights, or in cocktail bars😊
