I’m Sam, the Marketing Manager at Forward Role

I joined the business right at the beginning, when it was a back bedroom operation, with just me, FR Founder Steve and Peeps the cat. I've done a couple of roles within Forward Role but have worked in Marketing for 6 years - I don’t think anyone knows this brand like I do!

I have loved watching FR grow into the business it is today!

I have a degree in Marketing & Advertising from Lancaster University and have previously worked in the luxury watch & jewellery industry, and as a Business Manager at Benefit.

Outside of work, my life is dominated by my 3 boys, Bobby, Roman, and the newest member of the squad baby Mylo. I spend most weekends stood at the side of football pitches, in all weathers.

I am a retired dance teacher and competition judge and I also used to be a professional singer from the age of 15 to 25 and toured the country performing gigs- the biggest being at a racing cup final in front of about 15,000 people. I look back and loved every minute of that part of my life, but nowadays you'll only catch me singing on karaoke after a few gins.
