Hi, I’m Tom and I am a Senior Salesforce recruiter here at Forward Role.

I joined the business in August 2022 with 3 years of recruitment experience. Prior to entering the world of recruitment, I worked as a Graduate Trainee at bet365 on completion of my Business and Marketing degree.

I am extremely excited to see what the future holds working in a market that is ever-changing and wildly diverse and for such a forward thinking organisation.

Away from the office, I am a Manchester City fan with a season ticket in the South Stand travelling both home and away. I also go to the gym, play football and I consider myself a fair weather golfer these days which means I don’t play that much with Manchester’s climate. When I am relaxing at a weekend I also enjoy cooking, my recent culinary highlight would be Birria Tacos.
