Forward Role are working with a B2C professional services business to recruit a Marketing Manager (12-month FTC).
You’ll be the go-to marketing partner for a busy department, working directly with senior stakeholders to shape plans, deliver results, and drive real impact.
If you thrive on building strong relationships, leading campaigns end-to-end, and using data to inform decisions, this could be your ideal next step.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and deliver targeted marketing plans
- Lead campaigns from concept to completion
- Manage budgets, timelines and performance reporting
- Oversee brand consistency across all materials
- Line-manage and support junior team members
- Use data and insights to improve campaign outcomes
- Manage agency relationships where needed
- Stay on top of marketing and sector trends
About you:
- At least 4 years' experience in marketing, ideally in professional services
- Strong digital skills including paid search and paid social
- Confident working with data, reports and performance metrics
- Experience managing projects and stakeholders at a senior level
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM and e-marketing tools
- Comfortable using MS Office and digital platforms
Bonus if you have:
- Experience in a law firm or regulated sector
- Familiarity with writing marketing plans for leadership teams
- Agency management experience
- Broad understanding of multi-channel campaigns
