As a CRO Specialist you will support the delivery of conversion and optimisation. You will be working collaboratively with the wider performance marketing team, being an expert in all things UX and working closely with clients to deliver seamless user journeys.

Develop, implement, and maintain testing plans, with hypotheses based on data and analysis.

Skills & experience:

The Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Web Analyst to join their thriving marketing division. They are a UK power house within their sector have experienced incredible growth YoY. You will have extensive experience in integrating and optimising Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM). You should also possess strong technical proficiency in CSS, JavaScript, and HTML, along with a solid understanding of web analytics, tracking, and reporting.
What will you do?
Google Analytics 4 Implementation:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Google Analytics 4 for various websites and platforms.
- Develop customised tracking solutions to capture relevant data points and user interactions.
- Ensure accurate data collection, integration, and reporting in accordance with business requirements.
Google Tag Manager Integration:
- Manage and optimise Google Tag Manager setups for efficient tracking of website events and conversions.
- Implement and maintain GTM containers to deploy tags, triggers, and variables effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate third-party tools seamlessly.
Custom JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Development:
- Write and maintain custom JavaScript, HTML, and CSS code for tracking and analytics purposes.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to implement tracking solutions without compromising user experience.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyse and interpret data from Google Analytics 4 to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of implemented solutions.
- Continuously optimise tracking setups to align with evolving business goals.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with marketing, development, and other relevant teams to understand tracking requirements and business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of implementation goals and results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in implementing and configuring Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager (Non negotiable)
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with data layer implementation and customisation.
- Familiarity with various web technologies and platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge with A/B testing tools and methodologies.
