Digital Infrastructure Trainer
Cardiff, Wales
A well-established, award-recognised digital training provider in Wales is looking for a Digital Infrastructure Trainer to join their team on a permanent basis, bringing delivery experience, technical credibility, and the ability to support and lead a small team of trainers.
Digital Infrastructure Trainer |£35,000 - £38,000 | Cardiff / Swansea (Hybrid) | Permanent
This isn't a pure delivery role. Alongside managing your own caseload of apprentices on Digital Infrastructure programmes, you'll take responsibility for two permanent trainers and act as a point of contact and quality support for a pool of freelance trainers. If you're someone who enjoys mentoring others as much as you do working with learners, this is a role worth looking at.
The provider is Welsh Government-funded, delivers primarily to Welsh employers, and is consistently recognised as one of the top-performing providers in their consortium. Clients include household-name organisations across the private and public sectors.
The role:
Delivering the Digital Infrastructure apprenticeship standard to a managed caseload of learners
Coaching and supporting learners through progress reviews, assessments, and EPA readiness
Line managing two permanent trainers — supporting their development, delivery quality, and caseload
Acting as a lead contact for freelance trainers on the Digital Infrastructure programme
Contributing to quality assurance and standardisation activity
Working hybrid: 1–2 days per week from their Cardiff or Swansea office
We're looking for:
Demonstrable experience delivering Digital Infrastructure training or apprenticeships (L3 standard ideally)
A background in networking, systems support, or infrastructure — you need to know the subject
TAQA / CAVA qualified, or solid experience in apprenticeship delivery with willingness to work towards it
Some experience of supervising, mentoring, or leading other trainers — even informally
Comfortable working across two sites and managing a hybrid schedule
What's on offer:
Permanent role with a growing, well-regarded Welsh provider
Hybrid working — 1–2 days per week Cardiff or Swansea, rest remote
A genuine team lead component — not just a delivery-only position
Stable, Welsh Government-funded programmes with a strong employer client base

Senior PPC Manager
Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, England
Forward Role are proud to be working exclusively with a well-established, successful homeware retailer based in Huddersfield on a pivotal senior hire within their Performance Marketing team, in what is a very exciting period of growth for the business !
Senior PPC Manager
£50-60k
Huddersfield – 2 days in
They're looking for a Senior PPC Manager to take full strategic and executional ownership of PPC - a proper lead role with a multi-million-pound budget, real autonomy, and direct commercial accountability!
The Opportunity
This is a business that invests seriously in paid media, and this role sits at the heart of that. You won't be executing someone else's strategy - you'll be building and owning it. The Performance Marketing team covers a broad range of channels, and PPC is a critical growth driver for the business. They want someone who can operate at both a strategic level and get properly hands-on, within a small, high-performing team where your work has a visible impact.
What the Role Involves
You'll own PPC strategy end-to-end across Search, Shopping, Performance Max and AI Max, with additional responsibility across YouTube and Demand Gen. That means building quarterly and annual roadmaps, leading product feed strategy, managing the trading cadence week-to-week, and driving a structured programme of testing and innovation.
Performance reporting is a key part of the role — you'll be translating data into clear commercial recommendations for senior stakeholders, supporting forecasting and budgeting, and ensuring paid media performance is understood in the context of broader business results rather than in isolation. You'll also be working cross-functionally with Trading, Creative, Organic, Product and Finance teams, as well as managing relationships with agency and platform partners including Google.
What They're Looking For
At least five years of PPC experience in a comparable in-house or agency role is essential, alongside strong hands-on expertise across Google Ads, Google Merchant Centre, Microsoft Advertising and GA4. You'll need a proven track record managing large-scale budgets, a commercial mindset focused on revenue and efficiency, and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders and build strong cross-functional relationships.
Experience in ecommerce or retail would be a real advantage, as would familiarity with feed optimisation tools, large product catalogues, or advanced measurement frameworks such as incrementality testing and attribution modelling.
In Summary
This is a brilliant opportunity for a senior PPC professional who wants genuine ownership, the budget to make things happen, and the space to test, learn and innovate in a fast-paced retail environment. Hybrid working with two days a week at the Huddersfield head office, and the team operate very flexible working hours around what works best for you.

Chester – 3 days in
Up to £45,000
Forward Role are proud to be working with a well-established travel business based in Chester, on a very exciting, pivotal new hire for their in-house Digital team. They're looking for a PPC Specialist to take full ownership of paid search across a portfolio of travel brands - a proper hands-on, strategy-led role with real budget responsibility and clear commercial accountability.
The Opportunity
This is a business that takes paid media seriously. You'll be managing campaigns across multiple travel brands, destinations and seasonal products, with a focus on driving high quality enquiries and bookings rather than just clicks and impressions. The travel sector brings its own complexities - longer research cycles, high consideration purchases, seasonal demand patterns - and they want someone who understands how to build and optimise campaigns around those dynamics.
What the Role Involves
You'll be planning, launching and managing paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, structuring activity across multiple brands, destinations and product categories. A big part of the role is continuous optimisation - working to improve CPA, ROAS and enquiry quality, testing ad copy and landing pages, and implementing remarketing strategies suited to longer booking journeys.
You'll also have genuine budget responsibility, making decisions about where to scale and where to pull back based on commercial performance. What They're Looking For
At least three years of PPC or paid search experience is essential, along with strong working knowledge of Google Ads across Search, Display, Performance Max and remarketing. You'll need to be comfortable managing complex, multi-campaign account structures and confident using GA4, conversion tracking and tag management tools. Strong analytical ability and attention to detail are a must — this is a role where the data has to inform every decision.
Experience in travel, luxury or hospitality would be a bonus, as would a background in high-value or high-consideration purchases, multi-brand or international campaign management.
In Summary

The travel sector is a highly competitive search environment, and this business is serious about investing in organic as a long-term acquisition channel.
