We're working with a forward-thinking and dynamic client in the consumer goods space who is looking to appoint an experienced Digital Personalisation Manager to lead the production and delivery of high-quality, customised products.In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end management of personalised and print-based production processes, ensuring operational excellence, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is technically proficient in UV printing and engraving, and is motivated by continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the personalisation and print production team, ensuring orders are fulfilled with precision and efficiency.Calibrate and maintain print and engraving machinery to ensure colour and quality consistency.Implement robust quality control standards to maintain brand integrity.Manage stock levels for materials, inks, and supplies.Identify and troubleshoot production issues to minimise downtime and waste.Research and evaluate new techniques, machinery, and software to drive innovation.Collaborate with suppliers to source the best materials and solutions.Provide training and development for staff, promoting a culture of learning and high performance.Oversee workload planning and resource allocation, especially during peak periods.Work alongside senior management and operations to support business goals.Liaise with customer service to address and resolve custom order enquiries or concerns.Remain up to date with industry developments to maintain a market-leading position in personalisation. Candidate Profile: Proven experience managing teams in a print, personalisation, or production environment.Hands-on expertise with UV printing equipment is essential.Strong understanding of workflow planning, KPIs, and performance metrics.Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude for machinery maintenance.Confident communicator with an approachable and collaborative leadership style.Well-organised with excellent time management and administrative skills.Adaptable and resilient, capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.Previous experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is advantageous.
