A dynamic, fast-growing FS business are seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to support the business through its next phase of expansion. Following a significant funding boost, the company has entered a period of record-breaking lending activity and is investing in its finance and strategy functions to keep pace with this trajectory.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, including the Head of FP&A, and collaborate with departments across the business. The successful candidate will play a key part in providing the financial insight needed to guide commercial and operational decisions at both a strategic and tactical level.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, ad hoc analysis to support business decisions across departments
- Monitor and report on the progress of key initiatives aligned with budget goals
- Prepare and interpret weekly KPI reports, highlighting trends and variances against targets
- Recommend action plans to ensure KPIs stay on track
- Support key month-end processes, including bad debt analysis, collections performance, and investor return reporting
- Conduct ROI evaluations, product gap analysis, and performance deep-dives to inform continuous improvement strategies
- Support budgeting processes and risk/opportunity analysis
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards tailored to stakeholder needs, working closely with data engineers to ensure data reliability
- Collaborate with the Finance team on cost analysis and accurate period-end reporting
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across all teams in the business
Skills & Experience:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
- Strong Excel skills
- Proven ability to analyse complex data and communicate insights clearly
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a keen eye for identifying improvements
- Strong business partnering and relationship-building skills
- Experience in financial services or lending is desirable, but not essential
- Familiarity with Power BI and/or Salesforce reporting
- SQL exposure

- Competitive salary of £45,000–£55,000 (depending on experience)
