Ecommerce Digital Agency

Manchester City Centre-  1 to 2 days p/week in office

This fantastic digital agency in the heart of Manchester who work with a number of well-known Retail, Beauty & B2B brands are looking for an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join their experienced client services team.

The Role?

  • As Senior Account Manager you will be managing both development and digital marketing strategy across Paid Search, SEO, Social Media, and Content
  • Working with client development plans to deliver long-term client relations
  • Ensuring profitability on client accounts, discussing scope questions and handling time management
  • Maintaining strong client relationships via regular contact, including face to face meetings
  • Contributing to new business pitches for existing and new clients
  • Delivering monthly reports to clients observing the campaign objectives and outcomes
  • Working alongside the development & digital marketing teams to create strategies and campaigns that match the client’s request

Do you have the following skills?

  • Proven account management experience in an agency- ideally ecommerce or digital
  • Excellent communication skills and organisation skills with the ability to work in partnership with clients
  • Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
  • Experience of successful relationship building with clients, including taking a strategic approach
