What to expect:
- Analysing loyalty programme effectiveness and recommending performance enhancements
- Creating customer audience groups through data analysis to drive precision marketing
- Acting as the analytical bridge between data science capabilities and marketing campaign teams

About you:
- Minimum 2+ years of analytical experience in fast-moving, results-driven environment
- SQL
- Python
- Retail industry background - particularly valuable if you've worked with customer retention or membership programmes (nice to have)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate analytical findings into commercial opportunities
- Outstanding presentation abilities - confident communicating complex insights to diverse audiences from technical specialists to C-suite executives
- Team-focused mindset – excels when collaborating across functions and business units
