Job title: Ecommerce Assistant
Location: Liverpool- full time office based

Forward Role are excited to be partnering again with this fast-growing lifestyle and sportswear brand, who, due to significant growth, are now looking to expand their Ecommerce function with an Ecommerce Assistant. This person will play a key role in ensuring both the website and app channels run efficiently, products are launched on time and customer's experience exceptional service.
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage and maintain product listings across both the website and app
- Assist with planning and executing new product launches and promotional campaigns
- Daily on-line merchandising of both the website and app
- Monitor and review key website metrics including conversion rates and AOV
- Review on-site customer behaviour and make recommendations for improving the customer journey
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Hold a relevant Degree, ideally within Marketing, Business or Economics
- Possess strong communication skills both verbally and written
- Have a strong attention to detail
- Have the ability to work within a fast-paced environment
