Forward Role has partnered with a pioneering, health-tech start-up on the search for a Product Manager to play a pivotal, cross-functional role.
Within this role, you will act as the intermediary between the strategic vision and the operation execution. You will focus on the improvement of patient outcomes, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring the needs of healthcare providers are met.
The Role
- Own and maintain the product backlog
- Work closely with the engineering team to refine the backlog for development readiness
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria
- Contribute to planning sessions, stand-ups, reviews and retros
- Ensure alignment on product delivery goals, and timelines
About You
- Experience as a Product Manager at a high growth start-up or tech company
- Ability to manage complex product deliveries
- Experience working with product management tools
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
