Forward Role are working with a high growth B2C business to recruit an Internal Communications Executive.
We're looking for a communications all-rounder to help shape how the business engages and connects with its global colleagues. This varied role supports the delivery of inclusive, creative messaging across digital channels, blending collaboration, storytelling, and AI tools to bring ideas to life.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the delivery of internal communications across multiple channels, using digital tools and emerging tech to enhance engagement.
- Contributing to campaigns that reflect shared values, promote inclusivity, and strengthen a sense of community across teams.
- Assisting with planning and producing content, including video, email, and digital displays, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.
- Using feedback and engagement data to help refine communication strategies and improve reach.
- Providing adaptable support across teams and projects, aligning communications with tone, timing, and best practice.
What we’re looking for:
- At least 2 years’ experience in internal communications within a medium to large sized organisation.
- Digitally confident, with knowledge of tools like Teams, SharePoint, email platforms, digital signage, and AI writing assistants.
- Strong attention to detail and skilled in writing and storytelling, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences and formats.
- Hands-on experience supporting video or broadcast content, alongside a good understanding of data-led comms.
- Strong communicator, confident with stakeholders, and passionate about inclusive, forward-thinking internal engagement.
