What you'll be doing:
You'll be the go-to person for some proper technical challenges that'll keep you on your toes:
- Building and looking after solid database setups across Azure VMs and cloud platforms
- Getting stuck into MI and data warehouse systems with Azure Synapse
- Making sure everyone's following proper SQL practices and keeping source control tidy
- Working with teams right across the business to keep everything running smoothly in production
What we need from you:
- You know your way around SQL Server Management Studio, SSIS, Azure Data Factory and Visual Studio
- Proper experience with data warehousing, SSRS and Power BI
- You've actually managed databases that need to be both secure and lightning fast
- You're genuinely keen to keep learning new stuff and stay ahead of what's coming next in the industry
- Bonus points if you've worked with Azure Synapse, Sharedo or Databricks
- Python skills would be handy but not essential
