We’re working with an Outstanding OFSTED-rated training provider who are looking for an ICT Apprenticeship Trainer to join their team.

This role is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the next generation of IT talent, delivering hands-on training and mentoring apprentices across areas such as Cloud, Networking, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Professional Skills.

The Role:

• Deliver engaging, practical training to Level 3 apprentices (with the option to support Level 4).

• Manage a caseload of up to 30 apprentices – including assessments, reviews, and EPA preparation.

• Deliver and support professional certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, etc.).

• Provide support with Functional Skills (Maths & English) where needed.

• Integrate essential soft skills (teamwork, problem-solving, communication) into training.

• Keep curriculum content current and aligned with industry standards.

• Take part in CPD to keep your own technical skills sharp.

What You’ll Need:

• 1+ years’ experience in teaching, training, or tutoring (apprenticeships, FE, bootcamps or corporate training).

• Strong technical knowledge across Cloud, Security, Infrastructure and Hardware.

• Level 3 (or above) Teaching/Trainer qualification.

• GCSEs in Maths & English (Grade C/4 or above).

Desirable (but not essential):

• 3+ years’ training experience.

• Experience teaching Microsoft, Cisco, Linux, or CompTIA qualifications.

• Understanding of software development practices.

• PGCE/Cert Ed or vendor qualifications in Cloud/Cyber/Networking.
