We're working with a global brand to bring in a HR Optimisation Manager to enhance their EMEA People & Culture function. This is an initial eight week contract as they recruit for the permanent position.
Here's what you'll own:
- Right-hand to the EMEA CPO, turning strategy into a roadmap, and the roadmap into results
- Driving process enhancement across all areas of the HR function
- Utilising and implementing efficient AI tools to increase productivity across teams
- Driving the P&C EMEA operating model and its continuous improvement agenda
- Running key P&C projects start to finish: scope, timeline, stakeholders, outcomes
- Building the dashboards and data stories that show the wider people function is supporting the business
What you'll bring to the table:
- Real, practical AI experience with experience of implementation of AI tools
- Solid HRBP experience partnering with senior stakeholders
- A fast-learner reputation — high potential, high agility, no hand-holding needed
- Sharp data analysis and dashboard skills — detail and "so what," in equal measure
- Communication that lands, written and verbal
- A project management track record you're proud of
