Senior CRM Executive
Location: Liverpool (Speke) – Full time, office based
Contract: Full time, permanent
We're working with a fast-growing outdoor and performance sportswear brand, born and headquartered in Liverpool, now recognised across the UK and increasingly overseas. The brand sits at the intersection of sportswear and streetwear, built for athletes and adventurers, and has grown rapidly through a loyal online community, standout retail partnerships and its own bricks and mortar presence. It's a business that's scaled fast without losing its founder-led, close-knit culture, and this is a great opportunity to join a CRM function playing a central role in that growth.
They're now looking for a CRM Executive or Senior CRM Executive to join the CRM and Retention team, reporting into the CRM & Retention Lead. You'll help deliver the CRM and retention strategy across email, SMS, app push and loyalty; a hands-on role blending campaign delivery, customer journey optimisation and performance analysis.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning campaign delivery end to end across email, SMS and app push, from briefing and building through to proofing, audience selection and scheduling
- Supporting key trading moments, product launches and promotions, working closely with Marketing, Ecommerce and Creative
- Working across UK and international markets, including coordinating translated content
- Building customer segments using behavioural, transactional and engagement data
- Building and optimising automated journeys within Klaviyo
- Supporting loyalty and retention initiatives more broadly
- Analysing campaign and journey performance, supporting testing and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Keeping an eye on competitor and industry activity to bring fresh ideas to the table
What we're looking for:
- 1-2 years' hands-on CRM, retention or email marketing experience, including building and scheduling campaigns within a CRM platform or ESP (Klaviyo experience highly desirable)
- Experience building and optimising automated journeys, segmentation and personalised comms
- Exposure to SMS, app push or loyalty communications would be beneficial
- Confidence analysing performance data and turning insight into commercially focused recommendations
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong proofing and QA skills
- Highly organised and proactive, comfortable managing multiple deadlines independently and working across teams
- Background in fashion, sportswear, retail or ecommerce would be beneficial
What's on offer:
- Full time, permanent role, 100% office based
- Competitive salary, dependent on experience
- 25 days holiday plus your birthday off and 8 bank holidays
- 40% staff discount online
- Onsite parking, including EV charging points
- Sliding scale annual company bonus scheme
- Death in Service paying 4x annual salary
