Overview:
A Global industry leader operating in the B2B space is looking for a commercially focused Paid Media Lead to take ownership of their cross-channel paid strategy across the UK and US markets. This is a brand new., rare opportunity that the business has never seen before to join a digitally ambitious organisation that invests heavily in Paid Media - and they’re now on a mission to bring more of that expertise in-house!
The Role:
As Paid Media Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the company’s paid strategy across Search, Social, Display, Audio and Video channels. With a healthy seven-figure budget and a growing in-house capability, this role is ideal for someone confident in both execution and strategic oversight - particularly in the B2B space, where campaigns often support longer, more complex sales cycles.
You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, senior stakeholders and consultants to ensure every pound and dollar spent is delivering measurable value - whether the objective is demand generation or brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of UK and US Paid Media strategy, in line with business KPIs.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns across Search, Social, Display/Programmatic, Audio, and Video.
- Take ownership of seven-figure paid budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and performance across all platforms.
- Support the transition of Paid Media efforts from agency-led to in-house execution.
- Continually refine channel mix and campaign structure based on data-led performance insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Digital, Brand, Product, and Creative to ensure integrated campaign planning.
- Lead reporting and performance analysis, using tools like Looker Studio, Excel, and native platform dashboards.
- Drive performance through daily optimisations, testing, and conversion rate improvement initiatives.
- Play an active role in improving website performance through CRO, landing page enhancements, and lead-gen tools.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong background in Paid Media strategy, ideally with Lead Gen / B2B experience
- Proven ability to manage large budgets across multiple international markets.
- Hands-on experience across major platforms: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and more.
- A confident communicator who can engage senior stakeholders and simplify technical insights.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with internal teams and external consultants.
- A continual learner with a passion for evolving trends in Paid Media.
- Experience managing and developing junior team members is highly desirable.
