With a multi-million-pound annual marketing budget, they’re now looking for a Paid Media Manager to take ownership of their core PPC channels – and help shape the future of performance marketing across new territories and platforms. The role:
This is a hands-on and strategic position, where you’ll initially focus on scaling Google Ads and Microsoft Ads activity across 20+ markets. Working closely with the Head of Performance Marketing, you’ll shape and execute best-in-class campaigns, while also getting stuck into emerging channels like Paid Social, Affiliates and Marketplaces as they grow in importance.
What you'll be doing:
- Plan, build and optimise Paid Media campaigns across Google & Microsoft Ads
- Analyse campaign performance and adjust to hit key metrics (ROAS, CPA, product margin)
- Support the Head of Performance Marketing in growing out the wider acquisition mix, across Paid Social & Affiliates
- Run A/B tests and uncover new growth opportunities
- Stay on top of industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the team
- Support wider performance marketing efforts as the channel mix evolves
- Play a key role in scaling paid activity across 20+ international sites
What we're looking for:
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Shopping, etc.) – either in-house or agency side
- A commercial mindset – you understand the importance of return on ad spend
- Experience or exposure to other paid channels like Paid Social is a bonus
- Analytical thinking – confident working with large data sets and turning insight into action
- Someone proactive, curious, and excited by working in a fast-moving, high-growth business
