Paid Media Specialist – B2B SaaS Scale-Up
Location: Manchester (Northern Quarter, 2 days per week in-office)
Salary: £40,000–£45,000 (stretch possible for the right candidate)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
The Business
Forward Role are currently partnering with a fast-growing B2B SaaS business that secured Series A investment last year and is now scaling its commercial and marketing functions.
The company operates in a specialist niche within the manufacturing and technology space, delivering innovative software to organisations. They’ve seen strong growth in recent months, with a new executive team in place and an ambitious roadmap ahead.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join at a pivotal stage and take ownership of a key area of their digital marketing strategy.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on role where you’ll have the chance to:
- Shape the paid media strategy from scratch.
- Test, optimise, and scale campaigns across Google Ads, Display, and LinkedIn.
- Experiment with new platforms such as TikTok and YouTube.
- Partner with our SEO agency to create a joined-up acquisition engine.
- Report on performance and focus on measurable results: MQLs, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
You’ll work directly with a dynamic Head of Marketing and be a key hire in a small but growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a scale-up environment and is excited by the opportunity to make a visible impact.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience running B2B paid media campaigns (SaaS preferred but not essential).
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Display, and LinkedIn Ads.
- A data-led marketer who understands ROAS, CPA, and CPL.
- Proactive and creative — loves testing new ideas and approaches.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-growth business.
- Collaborative and keen to work closely with SEO, product marketing, and wider commercial teams.
