As they scale, they are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join their cross-functional team and take their data-driven product to the next level.
Candidates must be living in Ireland, with valid work permit
The Role
You’ll be at the intersection of software engineering and data science, deploying robust ML models into production and optimising performance at scale. You’ll work closely with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to solve complex real-world problems with intelligent systems.
What You'll Do

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models into production

Collaborate with Data Scientists and Engineers to build scalable ML pipelines (batch and real-time)

Optimise model performance, latency, and reliability

Automate model training, testing, and deployment workflows (MLOps)

Monitor models in production, retrain where necessary, and ensure explainability

Stay up-to-date with research and implement best practices in model architecture and evaluation

Contribute to a culture of engineering excellence, knowledge sharing, and experimentation
What We're Looking For
-
7+ years’ experience in ML Engineering or similar role in a high-growth tech environment

Proficiency in Python (e.g. NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow)

Strong software engineering skills (Git, Docker, CI/CD, testing, APIs)

Experience with ML Ops tools (e.g. MLflow, Airflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, Kubeflow)

Solid understanding of data processing at scale (e.g. Spark, Kafka, or similar)

Experience with cloud platforms (ideally AWS but GCP/Azure welcomed to)

Strong grasp of algorithms, statistics, and model evaluation techniques

Proven ability to deploy and maintain models in production environments

Bonus: experience with LLMs, time series forecasting, or recommendation systems
