At Forward Role, we made a decision early on: we weren't going to be the recruitment company that gets left behind whilst others leverage AI to deliver better results for clients and candidates. We were going to lead from the front. Pretty much a year ago we started our education as individuals and began sharing any learnings with lunch and learn sessions to the team and the creation of a dedicated AI team led by Rob Line and Sam Shinners.
