NBS was a small/mid-sized building society in the East Midlands in need of a complete refresh, new products & propositions, an injection of new talent, improved digital capability and customer experience.
Our Brief
As part of their business upgrade, Guy Walker worked with the CMO on her team, to provide commentary on the current set up, areas for development, potential changes and re-structure. Key hires – Head of Product Marketing, Head of Brand, Head of Communications
Approach & Solutions
- Due to the sensitivity of the changes in the team, this project needed to be kept strictly confidential, no advertising, very targeted search and selection process, regular market information passed back to the client.
- Full market mapping plan, leveraging the knowledge of our internal teams to identify perfect individuals within our network and beyond, both active and passive.
- Compiled and presented a strong short list of candidates for each role.
Results
The successful placement of a Head of Product Marketing, Head of Communications and a Head of Brand within the timescales agreed at the beginning of the process.
