Hello! I’m Sophie, a Business Manager at Forward Role. I specialise in all things analytics, insight and optimisation recruitment, across the North West and beyond, and work with a variety of clients in-house and agency.

I went to University of Manchester and didn’t want to leave the city, and now been here for over 10 years! I spent a year doing IT Sales Recruitment, a couple of years working for a brewery selling beer across the UK and some time with a graduate job board before moving back in to the world of recruitment and joining FR.

Apart from work…I love food, house plants and active adventures.
