Hi, I'm Amanda, and I'm Executive Search & Recruitment Lead – Digital & E-Commerce, in Forward Role's US Division.

I have been discovering exceptional talent across various industry sectors since 2008, serving start-ups, SMEs, and multinational organizations, including some of the world's leading brands across four continents: Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and most recently, the United States. I'm passionate about helping exceptional executives achieve their career aspirations and empowering our clients by securing the top 10% of industry talent, giving them a competitive edge.

 Outside of work, I love exploring new places, enjoying a glass of fine red wine, meeting interesting people, and spending quality time with my incredible partner, Greg. I'm also an avid F1 and rugby fan.

In a past life, I was a Latin and Ballroom dance teacher (yes, really!) and even dabbled in Jiu-Jitsu. But these days, my claim to fame is navigating in and out of shopping centers in less time than it takes most people to find a parking spot. I just despise shopping!
