Hi I’m Beth and I’m the Marketing & Digital Contract/Interim Lead at Forward Role

I have over 10 years’ recruitment experience and work as part of the contract team here at Forward role, leading on marketing & digital fixed term contract and day rate roles. I specialise in Digital roles covering; General Digital, Performance, PPC, SEO, Digital Product, Ecommerce & Trade Marketing,  across B2C and B2B sectors.

My recruitment career started in the Oil & Gas sector where I recruited Process Engineering contractors for North Sea projects, in 2015 I decided that a change was needed and that Marketing was were my passion lay, and it’s still as strong as ever. 

I’ve been over in Australia for the last 4 years working as a Client-side Marketing Recruitment Consultant, working with brands such as Apple, Sydney Opera House and Allianz. I moved back to the UK late 2019, I may miss the weather but you can’t beat the British banter, it’s worth a spot of rain! 

When I’m not working I’m spending time with my son, who is nearly 2 and keeps me on my feet (literally, I’m not allowed to sit down)! I also enjoy a nice glass of rose and a good thriller.
