Hi, I’m Grant and am an Associate Director at Forward Role, and this is my second stint in the business having returned from 18 months in Dubai, working in tech recruitment across the GCC. I lead our Technology team in London.

With 12 years Software Engineering experience, there’s not much I haven’t recruited for within the sector, not much I haven’t seen or witnessed, so I’m well placed and honoured to be the figurehead for our expansion into the London market.

Software Engineering is the most competitive market to operate within, especially with the world’s reliability on Technology these days, so with the network and knowledge I’ve built over the years, it puts me in a strong position to provide the best talent and advice.

Outside of work, I’m a big football fan (playing and watching), but sadly I support Sunderland, so it’s been a tricky few years for us. I’m a keen hiker, drinker of beer and coffee and I love to cook!
