Hi I’m Rachel and I'm Executive Search Director at Forward Role, focusing on Digital and Ecommerce division here at Forward Role.

I joined Forward Role in 2017, having previously worked for large corporates and start-up agencies across digital in the North West and London. Prior to this, I worked as a paralegal for a top 20 law firm and a legal assistant at a leading Chambers in London.

When I’m not working, I’m spending time with my husband our little girl and new baby boy, thinking up new creative activities to keep them busy and tire them out! We’re often out walking in all weather conditions with our 2 dogs and escaping to the countryside at every opportunity. I love to jet set and explore new places and have an ever expanding bucket list.
