Hey I’m Reuben, originally from Bristol but am now a fully adopted Northerner living in Manchester.

I’ve worked in recruitment for 10 years, working with a huge number of software teams all over the UK, and am proud to say I’ve helped over 350 software engineers with career moves in this time, as well as led multiple high performing teams.

I’ve joined Forward Role to lead an amazing technology team across the UK and Europe, that cover all aspects of the SDLC ranging from Senior Appointments, Software Engineering & Testing, DevOps, Cyber Security & Business Analysts/Project Managers

In my spare time I like to keep active through tennis & the gym – I’ve also recently got the running bug and am signed up for a 10K race. Always looking to try out a new restaurant & city break!
