I am working with a well-established retail brand in the search for a passionate Community Manager to join the ever growing brand!

The Community Manager will be the face of the brand across multiple social media platforms, building connection and community with customers and potential customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing and growing UKs community across the brands multiple social media platforms

  • Connecting and generating conversation with existing and potential customers

  • Responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner

  • Work with wider social team to highlight trends and real-time opportunities to engage followers

  • Creating and crafting engaging social media copy / captions

  • Build a sense of community across platforms to help drive brand loyalty

  • Ability to establish formal processes, including working with customer care team to develop customer care guidelines and escalation processes for social media platforms

  • Establishing community guidelines, as well as facilitating and moderating conversation between consumers

  • Working with the wider social media team to plan & manage social media campaigns to increase / maximise community engagement

Key skills

  • Experience within a community manager role is essential, and ideally experience within social media marketing

  • Proven track record of working as a community manager for a large organisation or brand across multiple social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube

  • Experience of working across Snapchat and TikTok is preferable but not essential

  • A passion for fashion and sports is essential

  • An adaptable tone of voice, depending on platform & target audience

  • Proven experience of collaborating with cross functional teams – plus a knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels

  • Ability to grow and develop social media accounts in terms of engagement and revenue using data analysis.

  • Experience of social media monitoring, plus analytics and reporting
