Digital Support Trainer (Hybrid – Manchester)
£25 per hour | Part-time / Contract
We’re looking for an experienced Digital Support Trainer to deliver our Certificate in Digital Support Bootcamp — helping learners build practical, job-ready skills for roles in IT and digital services.
About the Role
You’ll be delivering engaging and interactive training sessions (both online and in-person at our Manchester centre), supporting learners through their NCFE Level 3 Certificate in Digital Support qualification.
You’ll guide learners through topics such as:

IT systems and networks

Cloud services and digital transformation

Data and digital security
-
Helpdesk support and customer service

Portfolio development and assessment support
What We’re Looking For
✅ Hands-on experience in IT Support, Infrastructure, or Cloud
✅ Confident delivering and explaining technical concepts to mixed-ability groups
✅ Strong communication and coaching skills
✅ Experience with online learning platforms and portfolio-based assessments
✅ Teaching or training experience (desirable but not essential)
