As a Junior Insight Analyst, you’ll play an active role in delivering insights that inform commercial decisions and help the business better understand its customers. Working closely with the Senior Analytics Manager and wider team, you’ll support reporting, analysis, and the development of new ways to use data to drive value.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Assisting with regular reporting and analysis to explain customer behaviour.
- Automating and streamlining existing reports and processes.
- Supporting the development of new analysis and insight projects.
- Helping to deliver clear recommendations that shape business strategy.
- Collaborating with colleagues across different teams to champion customer insights.
Skills & Experience:
- Passion for data and analytics - relevant degree or work experience
- Obsessed with problem solving, with excellent attention to detail, numerical and logical reasoning skills
- An Excel whiz, with an interest in data manipulation and visualisation.
- Exposure to / eager to learn working with database tools or programming languages.
- Strong communication skills and commercial awareness.
- Self-starter, proactive and eagerness to learn.
