Freelance Sales Trainer – FMCG Sector

I’m currently looking for an experienced Freelance Sales Trainer to support one of my training partners in delivering high-impact programmes to professionals in the FMCG industry.
This role is ideal for someone who has a solid background in sales and now specialises in helping teams perform at their best through training and coaching.
The Role

Deliver engaging, practical sales training sessions (a mix of virtual and onsite).

Cover core areas such as consultative selling, negotiation, account management, and customer relationship building.

Tailor content and delivery style to suit different audiences, from new sales hires to senior account managers.

Provide coaching, feedback, and real-world examples that help embed learning into day-to-day practice.

Work closely with the training provider’s team to ensure quality outcomes for the client.
What I’m Looking For

Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Coach, or L&D professional, ideally with exposure to FMCG or fast-paced commercial environments.

Hands-on sales experience – you know what “good” looks like because you’ve been there yourself.

Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.

Comfortable delivering both onsite and online training.

Flexible and adaptable to different learning needs and training environments.
