The Role
They're looking for a sharp Sales Operations Coordinator to be the right-hand support to their Sales Director and wider sales team. You'll be the organised force that keeps their revenue engine running smoothly, managing critical processes and providing high-level administrative support that directly impacts the business. What you'll be doing:
- Providing proactive support to the Sales Director and Account Directors
- Managing deal registration processes with technology vendors
- Working collaboratively with Account Directors to manage customer renewals
- Preparing and delivering sales reports and performance metrics
- Coordinating sales operations and ensuring processes run smoothly
- Identifying improvements to enhance sales support processes
- Providing flexible and ongoing support across all areas of the sales function, adapting to business needs as they evolve
What you'll need:
- Strong IT knowledge and technical understanding - essential to support a tech sales environment
- Solid background in managed services or IT solutions would be ideal - to understand the industry landscape
- Natural relationship builder who can work effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Excellent organisational skills with a methodical approach to managing multiple priorities
- Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Cool head under pressure with the ability to prioritise competing demands
- Self-starter mentality with bags of enthusiasm and initiative
- Professional approach with discretion when handling sensitive information
Nice to haves:
- Experience with vendor management processes
- Background in contract renewals or account management
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce ideally) and sales reporting tools
- Previous experience supporting senior leadership
