They're looking for a sharp Support Administrator to join their busy sales department. You'll be the organised force that keeps their revenue engine running smoothly, managing critical processes that directly impact the business whilst working alongside a brilliant sales team. What you'll need:
- Solid background in managed services or IT solutions would be ideal- to understand the industry landscape
- Natural relationship builder who can work effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Strong organisational skills with a methodical approach to managing multiple processes
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Cool head under pressure with the ability to prioritise competing demands
- Self-starter mentality with bags of enthusiasm for getting stuck in
Nice to haves:
- Experience with vendor management processes
- Background in contract renewals or account management
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting
