Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per year

Are you a high-performing fulfilment professional who thrives under pressure and takes pride in getting things done — no matter what? We’re looking for an Order Fulfilment & Dispatch Specialist to take ownership of dispatching our premium products at one of the fastest-growing sports memorabilia brands in the world.

This is a hands-on role for someone who holds themselves to the highest standards and doesn’t clock out until the job is done. You will initially own the logistics and fulfilment operation yourself, with the opportunity to lead a team as the business continues to grow.

You’ll be responsible for making sure our world-class products are picked, packed, and delivered — fast, accurately, and on time. Expect early mornings, late finishes, and weekend work when needed — we move quickly, and so should you.

The key responsibilities of Order Fulfilment & Dispatch Specialist:

• Prepare, process, and dispatch all customer orders accurately and on time to meet delivery deadlines.

• Uphold quality standards, ensuring the security, presentation, and condition of every item dispatched.

• Liaise with customer service, framing, and sales teams to quickly resolve any order or delivery issues.

• Push beyond regular hours when required to ensure urgent or high-volume orders are dispatched without delays.

• Support other departments, such as framing and goods-in, when business demands.

The key skills and experience needed to be our Order Fulfilment & Dispatch Specialist:

• Previous experience in fulfilment, logistics, or dispatch operations, ideally within ecommerce or retail.

• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.

• A proactive, hands-on approach, with the drive to “go the extra mile”.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

• Flexible in working hours, including evenings and weekends when needed.

• A passion for sport and enthusiasm for working in a brand that partners with the world’s biggest stars.
