I’m working with a leading Higher Education provider who are looking for a Lecturer in Business Management to join their team.
The Role
-
Deliver engaging teaching on the BA (Hons) Business Management programme (Levels 4–6, with options to support Levels 3 & 7).

Design and lead innovative business modules.

Provide academic and pastoral support to students.

Contribute to curriculum development, assessment, and course reviews.

Build strong industry links and bring real-world insights into the classroom.
What You’ll Need
-
Degree & postgraduate qualification in Business (or equivalent experience).

Teaching experience in Higher Education, with course design skills.

Knowledge of current business practices and strong industry connections.

Excellent communication and organisation skills.
Desirable: HEA Fellowship (or working toward), PhD/Research standing, Level 3 & 7 teaching experience.
