What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning and delivering high-impact client events, seminars, webinars, and networking sessions
- Coordinating everything from venues and suppliers to delegate lists and post-event follow-up
- Attending events as the go-to contact for speakers and guests
- Managing CRM data with precision to fuel smarter campaigns and measure ROI
- Supporting marketing efforts across email, social, and web — plus creating standout event materials
- Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to bring ideas to life
What You’ll Bring
Essential:
- Top-notch communication skills and eagle-eyed attention to detail
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Confident, client-facing presence with a proactive mindset
- Solid grasp of MS Office and marketing/event best practices
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in professional services or corporate events
- Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of Campaign Monitor, Zoom, or MS Teams Events
- A marketing or events qualification
