The Role:

You’ll be the strategic spark behind the partner marketing engine, driving demand, enablement, and engagement across our client’s ecosystem. Expect variety, impact, and visibility.

 

Demand Generation: Craft and launch campaigns (webinars, ABM, digital, events) that drive pipeline and brand awareness with mid-market and enterprise tech buyers.

Partner Enablement: Build toolkits, pitch decks, and training that empower partners to sell their solution with confidence.

Engagement & Growth: Strengthen relationships with partner marketing teams, creating repeatable programs that boost loyalty and performance.

Events & Sponsorships: Own our client’s presence at partner-led events, trade shows, and joint sponsorships.

Comms & Alignment: Keep partners in the loop with structured updates, newsletters, and training.

Performance & ROI: Set KPIs, track impact, and report on pipeline contribution.

Budget Ownership: Manage partner marketing budgets with precision and purpose.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Align with sales, product, and marketing to ensure partner marketing fuels business growth.

 

The Candidate:

You’re not just a marketer—you’re a growth driver, relationship builder, and strategic thinker.

4–6 years in partner/channel marketing within B2B SaaS (bonus points for CCaaS, UCaaS, AI, or comms tech)

Proven success in demand gen across digital, ABM, and events

Deep understanding of partner ecosystems (VARs, resellers, alliances)

Strong campaign and project management chops

Content wizardry—co-branded assets, enablement kits, case studies

Budget-savvy with a sharp eye on ROI

Fluent in HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing automation

Bonus: ABM expertise, global partner program experience, or AI/CCaaS sector knowledge

Commercially minded with a laser focus on pipeline and revenue

Collaborative and influential across teams and partners

Fast-paced executor with strategic vision

Organised, detail-obsessed, and data-driven

Creative problem-solver who brings fresh ideas to the table
