About the Role
Are you a creative and driven Creative seeking a fresh challenge?
We are recruiting on behalf of a market-leading technology business that operates across gaming, lifestyle products and B2B solutions. Our client is highly respected within the industry, known for its award-winning standards, exceptional quality and innovative approach.
They are now seeking a talented Senior Creative to join their growing team. Ideally, you will bring 5+ years of experience in graphic and digital design, with a passion or interest in gaming and technology. This is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced creative leader or someone looking to step up into a senior position with leadership responsibilities in the near future.
What You’ll Be Doing

Developing digital deliverables across multiple channels and brands, from artwork and website creative to multi-channel digital campaigns.

Supporting with packaging design and marketing materials (both digital and print).

Creating assets for B2B and B2C audiences across graphic, video and digital platforms.

Working closely with the wider creative and marketing teams to promote brands effectively and drive sales through multiple activations.

Generating original creative concepts, bringing fresh ideas and personality to projects.

Staying on top of current design trends and best practice.

Experience with motion design tools, particularly Adobe After Effects, would be advantageous.
Your Experience
We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior graphic or creative design role.

At least 3 years of team management experience.

Strong skills in packaging design (advantageous but not essential).

Excellent design and layout abilities, with a strong grasp of colour, composition and typography, while adhering to brand guidelines.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop; After Effects experience would be a plus.

A portfolio showcasing the ability to deliver across website, digital and social channels.

The ability to produce both original concepts and high-quality work within established brand frameworks.

Strong project ownership skills, with the ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
