Senior Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Stockport (Hybrid 2 days in office)
Salary: £30,000–£35,000
Type: 12-month FTC (Maternity Cover)
We’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead our CRM activity and help shape customer journeys across digital channels. This role is perfect for a marketer with strong CRM and campaign management experience who wants to take ownership and drive impact.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the CRM sprint process – plan, implement & optimise activity.
- Enhance the customer journey across all touchpoints.
- Manage member surveys & feedback (Survey Monkey / Member Voice programme).
- Run CRM testing & campaigns in Marketing Cloud.
- Support Salesforce/Marketing Cloud queries.
- Research new lead generation opportunities and monitor competitors.
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing/CRM.
- Hands-on with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar).
- Confident with analytics tools (Google Analytics, dashboards).
- Strong copywriting, organisational and communication skills.
