Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Blackburn (Hybrid – 3 or 4 days in office per week)
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum
We’re looking for a commercially driven Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of growth for a fast-scaling D2C brand. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering the marketing strategy, managing a team of two, and driving performance across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Marketing: Lead and optimise all paid media channels to deliver a consistent pipeline of quality leads.
- Growth Strategy: Develop and implement innovative strategies to increase revenue and market share, while testing new channels.
- SEO & Content: Drive organic growth through SEO improvements and engaging content.
- Influencers & Social: Manage influencer campaigns and strengthen the brand’s organic social presence.
- Website & Conversion: Oversee website performance, delivering CRO initiatives to maximise ROI.
- Customer Journey & Automation: Implement automation and efficiency improvements to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
- Data & Insights: Analyse performance data, identifying trends to improve customer experience and revenue.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of two (Assistant Digital Executive and Social Media Executive).
About You
You’ll be a strategic, data-driven marketer with a proven track record in D2C growth marketing. Confident across performance, social, influencer, SEO, and CRO, you’ll combine commercial acumen with leadership skills to make a real impact.
