A leading financial services business are looking for a Senior QA Tester to join their testing team during an exciting period of digital transformation. Based in Liverpool, they're embarking on a major replatforming project to modernise their core systems and public-facing website, requiring skilled testing expertise to ensure seamless delivery.
The Role
They're looking for an experienced Senior QA Tester to take ownership of manual testing activities across their web-based applications and integrated systems. You'll be working within a close-knit, flexible team of testers, focusing on critical business platforms that handle complex data processing, file integrations, and financial calculations. What you'll need:

<li class="whitespace-normal break-words">Strong background in web application testing, particularly frontend workflows</li>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words">Proven experience testing file upload functionality and Excel data formatting</li>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words">Solid understanding of API testing principles and practices</li>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words">Experience working with finance system integrations and data calculations</li>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words">Background in agile testing methodologies</li>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words">Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities</li>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words">Excellent communication skills for working with business analysts on testing scope</li>
