You will be joining a fast-growing Technology and Services Business based in Crewe with an expanding global reach. Their solutions span across a range of sectors including fleet, connectivity, insurance, energy and sustainability, helping organisations of all sizes to thrive in a rapidly changing world.

We’re investing heavily in digital innovation and we’re now looking for a talented Paid Media Executive to help take our digital marketing performance to the next level.

You’ll be hands-on with campaign delivery and optimisation, working alongside a talented in-house team and specialist agency partners.

As the Paid Media Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Develop and implement paid media strategies focused on lead generation and ROI.
  • Manage and optimise Ad campaigns across Google, Microsoft and Paid Social Channels, constantly testing to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with the wider in house teams including CRO, UX and Creative Teams to ensure campaigns convert effectively.
  • Take ownership of budgets, reporting and insights, always with ROI in mind.
  • Keep ahead of the curve by adopting the latest tools, trends and best practice.

The Paid Media Executive will have the following skills and experience:

  • 1+ years’ experience running paid media campaigns (in-house or agency).
  • Ideally you will have a proven track record in lead generation and ROI optimisation and we will consider candidates who have come from other industries, including eCommerce and Retail as training is provided.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Paid Social Ads, Microsoft Ads, plus analytics tools
  • Analytical thinker with creativity for compelling ad copy and landing pages.
  • Collaborative and confident communicator.
