We’re seeking a strategic and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to own demand generation with the Amazon Advertising eco system.  This role is not about just managing advertising but actively creating solutions and strategies that drive profitable growth.  You’ll take full ownership of Amazon media strategy and execution, partnering with internal teams, cross function teams and agency partners to deliver measurable profitable growth


Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategy Development: Own the strategic roadmap for Amazon paid media, aligned with business priorities and growth targets
  2. Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns with agency partners across Amazon DSP, AMS and emerging Amazon formats.  Leverage AMC data to identify customer behaviours, map conversion paths and refine audience targeting. 
  3. Performance Ownership: End to End accountability for performance across the Amazon Media funnel from awareness to conversion to repurchase. 
  4. Analytics and Reporting: Obsess over performance dashboards, track KPIs, and translate insights into actionable strategies. Communicate results clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  5. Data Obsessed: Live in the data. Use insights from AMC, Retail Analytics, and internal BI to find opportunities, kill inefficiencies, and scale winners fast.
  6. Budget Management: Own and optimise media budgets, ensuring efficiency, growth, and ROI.
  7. Conversion Optimisation: Partner with content, creative and UX teams to test messaging, imagery, and landing experiences that move the needle.
  8. Market and Competitor Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends, category shifts, and competitor tactics. Actively shape how they shows up on Amazon.
  9. Agency and Partner Management: Direct external agencies and partners with clarity and accountability. Set clear objectives, KPIs, and performance thresholds.
  10. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-glove with Amazon sales, content, brand, creative, and regional and global media teams to ensure aligned execution and feedback loops.
  11. Innovation & Testing: Run a continuous test-and-learn agenda across audiences, creatives, placements, and formats to drive incremental gains.

Requirements

  • 4 - 6 years of experience in Amazon Digital Marketing, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon’s advertising ecosystem, including DSP, PPC, Sponsored Ads, and AMC.
  • Proven experience with AMC or working closely with analytics teams to activate data insights into media strategy.
  • High analytical acumen with strong data storytelling skills; able to build a narrative from numbers.
  • Demonstrated success managing substantial budgets and delivering tangible business outcomes.
  • Experienced in briefing, managing and challenging media and creative agencies.
  • Strong project management skills, can juggle multiple priorities and move fast while maintaining accuracy and accountability.
  • Growth mindset, always looking for what’s next, what can be better, and how to move faster.
  • Comfortable in ambiguity and adept at navigating change across markets and platforms.
  • Strong communicator, confident presenting to senior leadership, comfortable translating complexity into clarity.
  • Must be available to start immediately
