As Head of Brand Marketing, you’ll have the opportunity to build and own the brand function, creating campaigns that inspire members, drive acquisition, and strengthen the organisation’s positioning in a competitive market.

This is a hands-on, builder role where you’ll combine strategic thinking with delivery, shaping brand strategy while building and leading the marketing team and collaborating closely with digital, commercial, and agency partners.

You’ll report to the Chief Commercial Officer and work alongside a high-performing leadership team, with scope to grow into SLT-level influence as the business continues its growth journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to grow awareness, engagement, and brand impact across all brands.
  • Own the marketing roadmap, translating customer insights into targeted campaigns and creative initiatives.
  • Oversee content creation and internal/external collaborations, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Drive performance management, optimising ROI across paid, earned, and owned channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies to deliver strategic growth, measure impact, and report results to senior leadership.
  • Manage marketing budgets with a keen focus on ROI.
