Forward Role is exclusively partnering with a global leader in bespoke luxury interiors to recruit a CRM Manager. This is a brand-new role for the business, offering the opportunity to make a real impact from day one.
You’ll be reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and working alongside a collaborative team of 12 across brand, performance, creative and digital.
With significant investment in marketing technology and a clear focus on customer journey, segmentation, and nurturing, this is a rare chance to shape the future of CRM strategy within a household name.
As the business continues its exciting period of growth and transformation, you’ll have the potential to build out and lead a CRM team, unlocking opportunities around repeat business, referrals, and mid-funnel engagement across several well-established premium brands.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the overall CRM strategy, ensuring campaigns support customer acquisition, retention and repeat business
- Plan and deliver targeted lifecycle communications, using automation and personalisation to improve engagement at every stage
- Oversee audience segmentation and data management, maintaining accurate, GDPR-compliant records that enable relevant and timely messaging
- Collaborate with colleagues across marketing, creative and sales to design integrated campaigns that enhance the full customer journey
- Track, report and optimise campaign performance, applying insight and testing to improve effectiveness and return on investment
What we’re looking for:
- Solid background in CRM and marketing automation, with proven success improving engagement, conversion and retention across complex brands or divisions
- Strong technical knowledge of CRM platforms, segmentation and data management, with a clear understanding of GDPR and best practice in customer data handling
- Confident analysing performance metrics and turning insights into actionable strategies that support both short-term campaigns and long-term growth
- Skilled at working cross-functionally with creative, digital and sales teams, managing multiple projects while keeping attention to detail
- Commercially aware, strategic in outlook and motivated by delivering outstanding customer experiences through data-led marketing
