The Role
They're looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator with a passion for automation to join their small, dedicated Salesforce team. You'll be the technical expert who develops complex flows and integrations that make everyone's life easier, freeing up colleagues to focus on what they do best. What you'll be doing:
- Building sophisticated automation workflows and flows that streamline operations across the business
- Building and enhancing integrations with third-party systems using API and middleware techniques
- Responding to user issues and bugs, ensuring resolution and implementing preventative measures
- Working closely with all teams to automate existing processes and redesign workflows from scratch
- Managing the full project lifecycle: scoping, testing design, development, UAT, and training delivery
- Spotting opportunities to add value and continuously improve business processes
- Balancing excellent delivery standards with pragmatic project scoping to maximize output
What you'll need:
- 5+ years Salesforce administration experience covering comprehensive system configuration
- 3+ years implementing complex flows and automation - essential for this automation-focused role
- Proven track record integrating multiple systems with Salesforce using API and middleware
- Technical problem-solving approach with strong planning and quality assurance capabilities
- Data-savvy with sharp analytical skills, you notice details and trends that others overlook
- Thrives in fast-paced environments where priorities shift and flexibility is key
- Self-starter mentality who proactively identifies opportunities to add value
- Helpful, service-oriented personality with genuine passion for reducing admin
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities across stakeholders

- Track record of delivering multiple projects simultaneously in small teams
